Aftermath Rec Center Party Rental Agreement

Property owned by T&M Miller Real Estate LLC

This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Aftermath Fitness LLC, doing business as Aftermath Rec Center, and the undersigned Renter ("Renter") for the use of the Aftermath Rec Center premises located at 315 S. Depot St. Somonauk, IL 60552.

1. Booking and Payment Terms

All party rentals must be paid in full at the time of booking to reserve the date and time.
Accepted forms of payment include credit card.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received and this signed Agreement is returned.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 96+ hours before the event: Full refund.
Cancellations made less than 96 hours before: Refund minus $50 late fee.
No-shows: No refund.

3. Setup and Cleanup Time

30 minutes before and after your party is provided for setup and cleanup.
All setup/cleanup must occur within this time to avoid overtime fees.
Renter is responsible for leaving the space as it was found.

4. Bounce House Rentals

Inflated 15 minutes before the party and deflated at end time.
No early or extended access.
Supervision of children in bounce houses is required at all times.

5. Rules and Expectations

General Facility Rules

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Restricted areas: Locker rooms, bleachers, gym floor, etc.
Do not prop open exterior doors.
Food and drink must stay on the stage. None on the court.

Bounce House & Equipment Use

No food, drinks, or gum on inflatables.
No flipping, tackling, or rough play.

Cleanliness and Respect

No gum or trash on the ground inside/outside.
Use trash cans. Notify staff of spills.
Only approved hanging methods for decorations (sticky tack provided).

Safety, Conduct, and Neighbor Consideration

No smoking or vaping within 25 feet of the building.
No running or loitering on the sidewalk.
No alcohol permitted.
Stay within Rec Center property. No entering neighboring yards.

6. Liability and Enforcement

Renter is liable for damages to property/equipment.
Failure to follow rules may result in early termination without refund.
Aftermath Fitness LLC and T&M Miller Real Estate LLC are not liable for injury or lost property.
Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless all named parties.

7. Cleaning Fees

Minor mess: $50–$100
Moderate cleanup: $100–$250
Severe cleanup or damage: $250–$500+

8. Overtime Fees

$25 for every 15 minutes past cleanup time.
Billed in 15-minute increments, charged separately.

9. Acknowledgement and Agreement

By booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this agreement including all rules, policies, and liability waivers.
